I wanted to drop you a quick note following Tuesday’s election.  It has been an absolute honor to be your candidate for Delegate in the 43^rd District.  I have been overwhelmed with the tremendous show of support from you, and it has been an experience I will never forget.  I honestly was not sure what to expect when we started this a few months ago, but it truly has been amazing how many people have come to us, expressed their support, and ultimately cast their vote.  I am humbled by this and will always remember it.

As you know by now, we did not win this seat.  It was a tough race against an incumbent of 6 years.  We knew it was going to be tough, but we made a tremendous impact and came very close to winning in just 5 short months!  So we can be very proud of what you helped us accomplish in an effort to address the issues that are important to all of us here in the 43rd District.

So I want to give a sincere “Thank You!”
